Jimi Mac -- where are you?

Anyone know what happened to Jimi Mac sauce? It disappeared from store shelves about a year ago, but was available online for a while. Website is now in disrepair.

I suspect they are out of business, but I wonder if a recipe for the sauce is available. Any ideas?
