Middle of Winter here but I needed some Salad.
So we went with some heat to balance it out.
I will admit to impressing myself, this is a keeper.

Grilled some Corn .




To add to these Salad Goodies




Baked the Spuds.





Scooped and added to a Bowl.




Fried up the Bacon and Jalapeno in Butter.







Added it to the Mashed Spud.




Added Cheese.





Stuffed the Spuds. then added more cheese.








Made a Lime and Honey dressing for the salad.

The dressing was stand out delish
Juice of 2 limes.
Tablespoon of Honey
Teaspoon of Sugar.
Salt and Pepper.
Glug of Evoi.
Teaspoon of Garlic.





Spuds Back in the Acorn for 20 minutes then Plated.









Look at this Gooyey mess.








This dish was delicious, you all inspire me in so many ways.

Very good looking meal, that my friend is a bunch of gooy goodness.
Thats how I like to do corn, roasted, or cut it off the cob and fry it up.
