There is a Throw Down currently for an Asian dish, Kettle Cooked and Eating High on the Hog. I think I have them all covered here.
I decided on an Asian Pork Tenderloin cooked on my Stok Kettle.
I prepared the marinade (recipe included in pic) and I actually added about 4oz of apple juice because I thought it needed to be more volume.
Next, I trimmed a twin pack of pork tenderloins, popped them in a bag, added marinade and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours.
Kettle hot, I put them on for about 30 minutes, pulling at 150*. After a few minutes rest, garnished, sliced, and after a couple of pics, devoured.
My daughter took one bite and was already saying that I need to make it again.
Thanks for looking.

Amazing Ron! Y'all are making me want to give the Asian tenderloin a try. I usually just rub and smoke then it all disappears.
