Situation: Office meetings next week. They feel we need 'team building' time and we don't deserve free time to eat lunch like civilized humans. Then we found out they wanted to cook burger and hot dogs on the gas grill. We asked if we could cook, so the food wouldn't be bland.
That was approved, and now we are stuck for ideas. The 2 of us that are running it, are used to a full kitchen and smokers. We booked a hotel with a kitchen for prep-but on the cook day, we won't have much more than the grill and we have a total loss of ideas that are different.
We are leaning towards fajitas, but being that this is in San Diego, they are probably already tired of Mexican food (and both of us will be sad to cook that without our blackstones) Any other suggestions?
