Not sure if its a true fatty...had some thawed ground turkey and kielbasa so I figured why not, lets try it!

Got some sweet peppers and some onions and sauteed in butter and sprinkled some cayenne on them. Seasoned turkey and put in freeze to hold shape a little. Put kielbasa, onion, peppers, and 5 cheese Italian cheese on and rolled her up and smoked for about an 1.5-2 hours. Came out little try but cheese was nice and gooey and pretty good...nothing spectacular. I guess all that means is I gotta try again.

Not a fatty but looks good regardless. Thanks for sharing.

i have messed around with some turkey fatty creations the turkey is usually a little dry.
I like your glaze ideas

Maybe not a true fatty but looks darn good!

But now you have to try a real naked fatty!
A great man once said "Naked fatties rock!"
Actually he says it often....:biggrin1:

Beats the Dry sausages I ate tonight.
Maybe a gravy would have healed the dry bits.
I would still be happy to eat that tho

I keep coming back to this, with several thoughts in my brain.

Bottom line. Cook some burned bottom biscuits. Mustard on one side- grape or wild plum jelly on the other. Slap a one inch piece of that beauty between the biscuit halves and ask for silence while you eat.

Mustard and plum jelly doesn't sound like a good pairing but that's being said because I've never tried it.

I'm throwing around like an orange glaze or roasted red pepper sauce for it

Buttered cornbread and cranberry sauce. You're only limited by your imagination :)
