Howdy everybody from the Lone Star State, just northwest of Houston. My brother turned me on to this site and I am eager to learn. Bought a Tejas from my neighbor on Sunday. This is my first smoker so I know there is a long way to go. Going to give it shot this weekend and start my journey.
