My entry in the fusion contest is to fuse God fairing Pork roast with Hillbilly pork dressing and pork gravy.
Grabbed a lost in the freezer pork roast and bookmarked it out to about three feet long! All the great chefs say the secret to delicious proteins is to get the seasoning DEEP into the meat. No better way than to make the inside fully accessible eh?
Next mixed up some dressing and covered the interior with goodness!
Rolled him back up and tied to and fro, put in the cold box to firm up.
In the 'lil smoker at 200* till 155* internal about four hours filling smoker bowl every 45 minutes with Pecan chips.
It were most good! I know ya'll thinkin there ain't no greens around,
did I mention Hillbilly genes?????
