Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. My name is Jason and I live in southeast Michigan, between Detroit and Toledo. Been grilling for a very long time, but new to smoking. I have a weber genesis grill that I have been using for 10 years, and this past year began smoking with an 18.5” WSM. For the first nine months I only did ribs, but did my first overnight pork butt the other night. (Pics below) Came out ok, but definitely room for improvement.
I’ve been reading the forums for about a year, and decided it was finally time to sign up. Thank you to all the members on here that help new people like myself, it’s great learning from people with experience.
