I'm new to the Forum, not very good with a computer, and new to smoking as well. I'm in far southern Va, about as far as you can go and not have to tack NC after it! I've been a fan of smoked meat about as long as I can remember but only recently started smoking my own. Smoked a few Butts and a few Ribs and a little beer can chicken, but I have taken the easy way out and I'm doing it on a pellet grill. The one I'm using is a Zgrill (11002B). I'd love to have a stick burner but that ain't in the cards, so I'll just be happy with what I have! Maybe a few more butts and a bunch of ribs and I'll have the courage to tackle a Brisket.
