Has anyone tried the Cuisinart CPT-200

I am looking at a prep-cart to roll around between my smokers and I found this. I was wondering if anyone has tried it or owns one? Is it quality?

Woot has it for $71 today.

Doesn't look very heavy duty or rust proof to me. Cheap wheels.

I you spend a little more money ($116), you could get a plastic utility cart that you can add a shelf to and has heavy duty castors and won't rust. Holds 500 lbs.
