I grilled some strips this evening. Tomorrow, I have 2 nice racks of spares hitting the smoke.

Been sick all week and lost taste and smell...poor kiddo's bday party getting pushed back another week, and sharing with his baby bro now...We're on the mend, but it's our normal hot here, plus humidity from Hilary...just gonna take it easy still...

Local Kroger had packages of chicken thighs buy-one-get-one-free. So, yep! We're eating chicken. The redhead girl has to have crispy skin on her chicken, so crank the Recteq Bullseye up to 425 F and put in chicken thighs and potatoes. Grill up some zucchini on the Blackstone and it's Sunday dinner.
