Grilled Chuck Steak On The Weber Gasser

[Midnight Smoke]

Wanted a quick dinner so fired up the Gasser. :behindsofa:
Picked out some nice looking steaks.

Seasoned with some Mrs Dash.

Grill running on high, Steaks sizzling right along.

Almost ready, been on about 7 minutes a side.

Resting just a bit.

Test bite, normal Chuck Steak texture but very tasty,

Plated with the sides, Rice-A-Roni and Tater's.

So what do you all think, can't you almost taste them?

Looks great Terry. I've never grilled chuck steaks, but I do still use my gasser on occasion. Don't tell anybody.

This one got buried quick in yesterday's frenzy Terry! Love chuck steak, just gotta cut thin bites across the grain. What's wrong with gas? I've got a GOSM in my sig.

Gas is great. I have the Weber Genesis. I use it all the time. I have even smoked a butt on it. Came out very nice.
