Wanted a quick dinner so fired up the Gasser. :behindsofa:
Picked out some nice looking steaks.

This one got buried quick in yesterday's frenzy Terry! Love chuck steak, just gotta cut thin bites across the grain. What's wrong with gas? I've got a GOSM in my sig.

You also have a purple Thermapen. Better get a replacement as I here they can't register past 50...
