Grilled Chicken Breasts
Grilled Romaine
Grilled Baby Portabellas
A quick and simple lunch today for the Mrs and me. The chicken was seasoned with EVOO, pepper and Montreal Chicken. Out onto the Goldens' they went.
Nearly done -
No sauce on these, we never use it on chicken. We both prefer whatever seasoning I've planned on using.
After the chicken was done, it was time to grill some Romaine lettuce seasoned with Basil Olive Oil, S&P and Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar. At the last minute I realized there were some baby Portabellas hanging around, so I might as well grill those as well. They get S&P and the same Basil Olive Oil treatment -
The Romaine taking on a nice char. We're loving grilled Romaine in the Summer! -
Time to eat!
Plated with a splash more of the Cranberry Pear White Balsamic which was all the Romaine required -
