Thanks everyone. Things were definitely clicking with everything that entire cook. We had been trying a few new things earlier in the year with mixed results, but this weekend the judges seemed to like it. Even though we didn't get an Open call, the scores were solid there across the board too:

Open Scores:
Chicken -162.8572 (66th)
Ribs -162.2856 (57th)
Pork -165.1428 (27th)
Brisket -165.1428 (26th)
Overall - 655.4284 (29th of 190)
Congrats to Jeff and Lee for their win in the Open
