3/4# smoked brisket
1/2# smoked meatloaf cupcake
1 thick slice smoked fatty
4 oz tomato sauce
Two shots Tequila - one for pot one for cook
3 tablespoons Fiesta Chili Powder
1 teaspoon each black pepper, kosher salt
Good pinch of Mexican Oregano
1 can Bush's Chile Pintos
Beer and water

I had chilli dawgs last nite.Boiled Bryan Juicy Jumbos,a cheese nested stale hot dawg bun heated in the oven until toasted and a topping of canned Wolf Brand chilli,,,,,,WITH beans.Hit it with some crunched up Fritos and a smattering of raw chopped onion.I slept well.
