OUTSTANDING JD! And +1 for thinking outside the box with the beercan chicken racks!

I tried cooking them on the grate once...it was pretty ugly! :icon_blush: Instead of using the platesetter (for indirect) and then having to remove it to sear the steaks I just used the BCC racks to elevate them...works great!

A tradition in our house as well!! This is how we finish every Thanksgiving evening!! Usually viewed another 37 times throughout the season!!
