Broke them down, skinless.
S/P on half and Pork Barrell BBQ AP on the other.
1 hour in smoke
Then 250f for about an hour until the breast hit 120f.
Foil with butter, then 275f.
Remove breasts at 160f and dark meat at 165. Next time I may coat the dark meat with oil as the skin was a little tough.
Served with jellied cranberry and some jellied cranberry mixed with a touch of sweet bbq sauce. Pretty good.
