Hey y’all,

I recently smoked a tri tip on my Traeger and the results were awesome! I seasoned it with some Holy Cow meat church seasoning and threw it on the Traeger at 225. I pulled it when it hit 130 and got a cast iron ripping hot and seared for a few minutes per side. A few days later I decided to make a tri tip sammy with the leftovers. I toasted my ciabatta, thinly sliced the tri tip, topped with provolone cheese and got it hot and meaty. Whipped up some pickled red onion and made some horseradish sauce and added some crisp lettcue. Enjoy!!

Yum. I’ve been wanting to try doing a tri-tip for quite awhile, but haven’t pulled the trigger on one yet.
