First Attempt At Dino Bones

Rubbed down with EVOO and DP Cowlick:

Cooked at 300F on the Egg with a couple chunks of hickory and one chunk of mesquite:

Them bones look good. But the mac n cheese is the star in my eyes. Whats your recipe for that. I can never get mine that cheesy

If you follow the recipe as written, it has you strain out the solids after the sauce is made. I skip that step as it would get rid of the onions. The Dijon mustard and little bit of blue cheese gives it an amazing flavor.

I cooked it in the oven this time, but normally I smoke it on the egg. It always gets rave reviews from the family.
 
All looks great except that green garnish towards the back of the plate... :mrgreen:
