Found a manager’s special on Duroc pork butt for .99 a pound at United. In the freezer for now but wonder if Duroc is better than the usual?

It is different. It tastes much better. At least that's been my experience. Nice score btw.

I've bought some Duroc Tomahawk pork chops from HEB and they were really good due to the fat marbling. So you got a score !!! Enjoy !!!
