I prefer the fancy cordless ones.

Pointy objects are welcomed to determine the doneness of your meat by feeling, as long as they are not giving you a Celsius or Fahrenheit reading of the temperature inside the meat.


So Celsius and Fahrenheit are out. That only leaves me Kelvin or Rankine, Correct? I need to see if Amazon can ship me a super fast Kelvin/Rankine pen with a blunt end. :dancer:
