CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

I suggest the following for the next TD:
Meat Salad:
Grilled or smoked meat served over a leafy green vegetable (such as lettuce, spinach, etc.) with dressing and any other salad-compatible ingredients.

You may submit entries that are cooked from 10/6 through 10/23/23

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday 10/23/23.

Yep, as long as the chicken is smoked or grilled:

Done 2 practice runs. Not enough meat, and it was done on the stove. Still cold here in October for Farks sake. Warmer the next few days so just maybe...

Grilled baby bok choy, wilted spinach, onion & garlic in an Asian sauce & Asian marinated ribeye. Good stuff. Please use the last pic as my entry pic.
