Tonight we had some old friends over for dinner. We hadn't seen them in over a year. The menu was set as pork loin ribs, ABTs, nekkid fatty, fresh mozzarella cheese stuffed bacon wrapped fatty, mac-n-cheese and Olive Garden style salad.
Everything turned out well, but the ABTs and the fatties were the best.
Ribs rubbed and wrapped. I had three racks, all of different levels of heat.
1. OR Dominator/SM Cherry/Sweet Baby Rays
2. SM Sweet & Spicy/SM Spicy Apple/Blues Hog
3. OR Habanero Death Dust/Smokin' Guns Sweet Heat/Head Country Hot
