Cuban sandwich

[BBQ Bacon]

A different take on the Cuban sandwich. Using left over turkey instead of a pork roast.

First I made Cuban buns using bacon fat again.

Then it was mustard, ham, turkey, dill pickles and Swiss cheese then into Panini press.

Add some ripple chips and you have a great left over meal.
