somebody shut me the fark up.
Picked these up yesterday at my local specialty grocer.
Prime grade short ribs
Trimmed them up a little
Hit them with Q-Salt
Smoked them in the Pint with cherry and hickory wood.
These were the best I’ve ever made
Picked up a loaf of rosemary sea salt bread from the farmers market this morning and had some bbq sauce in the fridge that is made locally and uses out Hot Salt in it for the heat component.
So why not make sandwiches?
This did not suck...
The bread and sauce were on point flavor wise with the ribs, but there was a bit too much bread for my liking.
