I'm getting more and more requests for coffee service for wedding receptions and I'm looking to get a Bunn Airpot Pour Over and set up a coffee station. Does anyone here currently offer a coffee service? If so how do you figure your quantities? I can find very little online about it but one site I found says 40% of a group for an evening event will drink coffee so if the event has 100 guests you can figure 40 of them will drink coffee and of the 40 one third will drink decaf. Does anyone have knowledge here?

I've often sold it by the gallon or the airpot, letting the customer know how many 8oz cups you get from each, and let them figure out how much to buy. It may be the easy way out by putting the onus on the customer.
