I am trying to make a less-labor intensive mac and cheese, so I will study your recipe this weekend.
Like gtr said, hatches should be in season just in time for the Bash. I normally bring mac and cheese. I have been tweaking the recipe to add bacon and a hint of bleu.
I'm gonna have to add the hatches if only for a demonstration dish....
