I’m with ya on almost everything and it looks delicious but what does the black tea do to the flavor profile, I’ve drank it just never had it in anything cooked that I know of.

ABW--- often times when cooking soups stews chili I will use ABW- anything but water. Some liquids are more noticable than others, smoked stock, canned stock, beer, wine, coffee tea etc etc. Wife had just made a pitcher of tea so I used some of that.
