I'm hosting about 10-15 people in a few weeks and I was trying to come up finger food to use as an appetizer. I was thinking about candied bacon wrapped apple chunks. Has anyone done this on a smoker or would it be best to just do it in the oven and save the smoker for Ribs and Pork Butt?
 
It seems like it would be a lot easier in the over. We do bacon wrapped chicken livers with brown sugar carmelized on them - and they come out of the oven a treat.
