Winn Dixie had St Louis spares BOGO so I picked up one that was part thawed and one still frozen. One in the fridge and one rubbed with Stubbs. First rack on the new Bronco. Settled at 265 so on they went. Hour and a half later wrapped with some apple juice for 45 minutes then off with some sauce for a half hour. Had a good bite but better half likes fall off the bone. Next time. Cubed some little potatoes and put them in a foil packet with seasonings. While ribs rested a few minutes taters went into a garlic butter bowl. Delicious!

Nice way to break in the new Bronco. I'd say that you nailed it on the maiden cook!

Ever notice how ribs are always the right choice? Mailed it.
