Pre-made some food for the weekend at camp, and some extra Mac & Cheese for a friend's party. Did a 10lb Brisket Flat on the Weber 26. Smoked, Wrapped, Cooled, Sliced, then reheated in foil with some seasoned Beef Broth. Did a batch of Apple Pie Baked Beans, and my Mac & Cheese (Just over 50lbs finished). Everything turned out great, and no complaints with these "leftovers"...
