Those things work great. We use one for cooking Bologna sandwiches at a local benefit. We fry 350-400 sandwiches a night with it.

That looks awesome. I got home from last night's Springsteen concert at 5 AM, woke up at to 10 to find my much better half cooked up some bacon and scrambled eggs with cheddar on the Blackstone.
Love that woman, too bad she doesn't share my passion for the Boss.
