Decided to go all out after 4 decades.

Prime Strip Loin Roast
Lobster tails (sorry to busy and forgot to get pictures)
Roasted baby potatoes
Green beans
Wine, beer , sweet tea

Awesome cut of beef... best I have had a in awhile. Got a 15.25 pound loin at Costco with 6oz lobster tails. Cut half the loin roast into steaks for another time and seasoned the other half with Weber Bourbon Brown Sugar rub.

Smoked on the WSM for 2.75 hour at ~250-275 with hickory. Pulled it off at an internal temp of 125 and held in a cooler until my parents arrived. Fired up the Weber kettle and seared the roast while I grilled the lobster tails. Served and enjoyed a great meal. Roast was right at 135 when it was served.

Had some left for slice roast beef for lunches and was able to send some home as well.
