Daughter gave me these yesterday and I've never tried this type before...Only done the 4 rib set...BUT, with prices now, I'm not arguing...Looking for 'how' to do these??

I do mine ~225F for ~5 hours and they turn out great.

I tried to "hot and fast" rush a beef rib smoke a few weeks ago (300F ~4 hours) as I'd forgot to put them in until later in the day. Didnt work too well as they were too crispy so I'll stick to lo-and-slo in the future.

Those look like back ribs.Cetainly not my first choice.I would put a little cold smoke on em and braise them.

Beef back ribs have great flavor. The meat is between the bones, and it looks like yours are already cut.
Cook low and slow, but should only take about 2 or 3 hours.
