Beef ribs cook time

How long does it take to smoke a rack(?) of beef short ribs at 275? Estimates, of course.

When I do the big plate ribs it takes me 8-10+ hours on my pellet grill low and slow.

I smoked a 7-bone rack of plate (short) ribs at 275F for 4 hours, then another 2 hours with spritzing. Total of 6 hours. Then wrap in foil for 1 hour rest.

My experience is 8-10 hours, aligns with Jim, 250-275 degrees.
