BBQ Sauce stayed out of fridge....still good?

I leave my homemade sauce out all the time, and have never had a complaint nor a problem.

I prefer my bbq sauce at room temp. I only refrigerate when I make too much. It can sit out as long as u want. Not an issue, been doing this for years without anyone getting sick.
