BBQ Chicken Nacho’s – PRON

[Shiz-Nit]

Took some leftovers and made BBQ chicken nacho’s.
These had the BBQ chicken tenders from the other night, cut off corn on the cob, black olives, rice, 3 cheese blend, avocado’s, scallions, sour cream and a couple hot sauces.
Sure will be glad when the new house construction is done maybe we can start to eat better again (around 8 more weeks).

Thanks Tom but unfortunately this was not a snack but rather supper.
With us building a new house we try to utilize all sources and limit our cooking time. As I have been putting work each night over at the new house after I get off of work.

around 7-8 more weeks and we should be ready to move in I hope.
