I'm pretty sure if you use Nacho Cheese Sauce from a box, jar or can then CD will throw a fit. You must use Homemade Nacho cheese to pass the dog sniffer test. But since this is not a "special rule", you can use Nacho Cheese Sauce from a box, jar or can, but at least expect a fit from CD if you do so. In fact, you should probably make your own cheese.

I sense a bit of whack-a-doodle in that post, but I'm not a mod, like the farker that wrote the post. :tsk:

Cochinita Pibil

I will begin....official entry.....Cochinita Pibil


The Marinade...

6 garlic cloves, juice from 4 blood oranges and 4 limes, 10 cloves, 10 peppercorns, 2 tsp Mexican Oregano, 1 package of Achiote paste, 1 tsp cumin seeds toasted. Blended up.

4 pound of pork butt, trimmed of the large chunks of fat and cubed in 2 inch chunks. All in the bag with the marinade for 7 hours.

We did ours last night/yesterday,
did a lot of Google searching.
Only main mexican food we have is a chain called Taco Bill,food is crap, its run by a asian family,( not that ,thats the problem at all )so I really have nothing to go on.
