Beautiful job Tim! The one with the toothpick was rubbed with the pecan? I haven't tried SM's pecan yet but looking forward to it!

The Pecan is excellent, and those ribs look great. Remember, the minimum is ten, so you are in.

Those ribs were amazing Groudhog66 - to think they were that pretty & moist WITHOUT sauce..wow. You really nailed those.
