Decided to thaw out some Venison Loin Medallions from a doe my younger boy harvested last rifle season. I 1/2 cooked some bacon to wrap them to help keep their form. Seasoned all with SPG and added Oakridge SPOGOS to 5 and Santa Maria to the other 5. One son likes SPOGOS and the other Santa Maria, so... Charred them on the Weber Performer on each side then set them off to the side to finish, with a handful of Mesquite chips on the grate. IMO venison doesn't need anything fancy, it's just good eats... Paired with Yams and Green Beans...
