Oh man that Santa Maria is sweet, nice collection.
 
Heres my Pitmaker safe. I have had it for a few years now. Only complaint was at the time they had the sliding door intake. The ball valve intake is now standard from what I have read.

OK Joe and kettle with pizza oven, old vertical and cheap brinkman I use as a grill, uds and old santamaria.. soon to be a new Santamaria and a ranch kettle to replace brinkman

Not mine but a beauty of a built-in Santa Maria that I saw while takIng my kids apple picking.

Saddest part? I asked the cook what he was cooking over, he said, "burgers, hot dogs." I asked again, no, what kind of wood? Answer: "don't know, just some wood from that pile over there, saplings I think."

*Sigh*

What a great set up though.... I was much jealous.
