Trying to cook like a chuckie.

Seasoned with SPOG.

Mini loaded with Trader Joe's hardwood brigs and pecan.

2 hours in.

At 4 hours it looks a little dry so I put it in a pan with broth and foiled.

Hope she is ok.

Tuned in also. We use Arm roast for our pot roast in the crockpot. So we have then on hand frequently and I have been tempted many times.

1 hour in the pan seemed to really help it.

Its out and foiled now.

Pics later.

So it was good but not like cooking a chuckie. We consider any cook where we don't have to have pizza delivered a success. So it was a success

Thanks. I will not give up. I think it might be the lack of marbling.

I have another one in the freezer.
