Got the wood basket done and the guides for the racks in. Will be seasoning it this week!!!!!

Got the tank itself seasoned! I could pretty much put thr temp anyplace I want. Ran it at about 500 for a hour or so to burn off rf plate. Then it held steady at 230 for about 6 hours!

What are those pieces for the probs and where didcha get them??
