Bought some lamb shanks for me n the missus to enjoy for Easter, thinking they would be like cooking lil' legs o' lamb. I was sorely mistaken.

Not really wanting to eat stew tomorrow... I was thinking about using a 221 foil wrapped method like we'd with a good rack of ribs. Thoughts?

Yes, you are sorely mistaken.

Not to worry. Carry on with that plan. What rub are you planning to use?

Things that go well with lamb: Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Celery Seed and naturally... Salt and Pepper

Try and do them above 300F.

Let us know how you go!

Cheers!
