22 lb Brisket going down tomorrow on the Shirley

Looks like several folks are holding the appropriate beverages for the occasion!!!
 
Brisket takes between 1 and 1 1/2 hours per pound as a general rule. Foil wrap after the bark has formed shaves of a little time. I cook mine at 250 to slowly render the fat. Cooking to fast will leave it like leather. I am jealous a bit on the price. I bought one at Kroger that weighed 9.3 pounds for about the same price.
