We can get there as early as we want so we can definitely fire up the smokers and if people want to bring stuff premade that's fine as well

Lets see how many people we have coming and then we can figure out who wants to make what. I think it would be nice to cook for the vets and when I mentioned it to the hall manager he said that if we sent out an invite we would probably end up with about 50. We can add burgers and dogs to the menu to keep cost down and feed a bunch of people quick. My Troop just had a 6 burner propane BBQ grill donated by the American legion so it would be a great chance to break it in. :-D
