I'm eyeballing a BBQ Vault and I've ordered a Shirley. I think after the shirley though, imma need to be done for a LONG long TIME. I'll never get rid of my green eggs though!

I would love a Shirley, with two medium Spicewines mounted on the backside, extra wide trailer. With two gas burners, and a fold down plancha to cover them. Reckon I would need a new pickup to haul that beast, a Ford Diesel sounds about right.

If I hadn't shelled out $10,323 out of pocket so far this Year on Medical and Dental on Top of my Insurances Premiums I'd have both of these!
My story is quite the opposite, it saved my life. I couldn't get in to see the specialists until I switched coverage, only possible through the ACA, still cost me $10,000 but I am alive. (sorry, no N&P, bad platypus!)

Glad to hear it. We still need a Landarc around here.

Went through the same evaluation. Bought a Humphreys Pint, sold off everything else and keep a GMG portable for chicken or a bump cooker, and the main steak griller is my Smokey Joe.

Being this is a wish list I'm going to go ahead and add a minion rotisserie grill like J bounce had DW Fisk make . So that makes a even half dozen.

November pick...sounds like a winner Smitty :thumb:

I have 5 smokers outside and have ordered a Pint. Once it arrives, I will be either selling or donating my pits to friends, family or maybe a non-profit. I am hoping this is my last cooker while living in Alaska. I prefer a traditional sick burner, but the cost of the wood is not practical. In my case, I couldn't afford NOT to purchase an insulated smoker. It will save me money the long run.

I'm over chasing pits for a while. I should have saved and ordered what I wanted from the beginning. I would have saved myself thousands of dollars if I hadn't have tried to be so cheap.
