Hi all my BBQ-Brethren,
So I'm doing my 1st cook on my UDS. Cooking 3 racks of pork spare ribs, doing a 3-2-1 cook @ 225*-235*. Trying to get used to controlling the temp. I'm going to post some pics I hope everyone can see them. Ok I don't know how to post pics can someone please help? I'm trying to post from my iPhone, I hit the attachment icon and after selecting all my pictures it said I didn't have the right token?
