What are your plans for the pig heads?

I'm going to eat all 4 eyeballs......no one else ever wants them.........:crazy:

But on top of that all I do is rub them down and cook like a butt. smoke, wrap at some point and then when the cheeks are probe tender. I've overshot a bunch and they still turn our great.

If I remember I'll hit them with the mini sledge and get the brains as well.
 
ok, OK, I thought that last pic in post one was Tiny Human's bottle. I was going to say, Don't worry. He'll be a future PitMaster like his Dad soon enough!
