I've done fried chicken like that once, and I think it is now my favorite way to fry chicken. Gets nice and crispy, doesn't pick up as much oil, and tastes fantastic.

Nice chicken Phrasty! Sauce looks like a spicy Mayo I whip up.

Ding ding ding...The sauce is a spicy Mayo. Basically mayo, ketchup, some rub, scotch bonnet, pickapeppa, and a touch of honey.

The smoke was light... really wasn't on for long with the smoke. Just til the rest of the chicken cooked. But it was tasty!

Very correct there! it's the only way I fry chicken now if I have a choice.

It's not a bowl, it's a dutch pot. Our version of a CI pan
